Mentorship Opportunities at UXPA Boston

UXPA Boston organizes group mentoring, table talks, and portfolio review events. We promote learning partnerships among professionals in the UX industry and those starting out in the field.

Our goal is to match UX professionals based on criteria such as career development goals and areas of expertise.

To apply, mentors and mentees must fill out an application and choose their interests within the program. Applications will be used to find the best matches. Matching will depend on the number of participants and their interests. Once you have been matched, you will be notified and meet your mentoring partner in person at our kick-off event in February.

Who should apply?

We’ll be making announcements soon on new mentorship opportunities and programming.

Mentors

Active professionals–employed or retired–in the field of user research, usability, human factors, user experience, or related fields with 5+ years of relevant experience.

Mentees

Designers at any stage of their career, students in their last year of an undergraduate program, or any year of graduate school may apply.

What’s my commitment?

Each mentoring relationship is unique: you set your individual goals with your partner, drawing on the mentor’s experience and the mentee’s aspirations and interests.
