
Biography
Craig is an experienced product design leader with over a decade of experience mentoring and scaling high-performing teams. With a deep expertise in user experience and product design, he has successfully led both in-person and remote teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration and championing user-centered design to drive meaningful business impact. He has been instrumental in transforming design functions within organizations—building teams from the ground up, refining processes, and elevating design maturity to deliver strategic value.
Craig holds a master’s degree in User-Centered Design from Brandeis University, a graduate certificate in User Experience from Bentley University, and a bachelor’s degree in graphic design with a minor in Art History from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.

Each year presents new challenges, and I am dedicated to ensuring that our organization not only adapts but thrives.
Since joining the board in 2022, I have been continually inspired by the passion and dedication of both current and past board members. Their commitment, along with the unwavering support of our community, motivates me to build upon the strong foundation laid over twenty years ago. I am eager to continue driving UXPA Boston forward, fostering growth, innovation, and a stronger UX community for years to come.
Volunteering information
Beyond my professional roles, I am a dedicated leader in the UX community, currently serving as President of UXPA Boston. Working with my peers, I am helping guide the organization’s future, fostering professional growth, and advancing the field of user experience. As the Conference Chair for both the 2023 and 2024 UXPA Boston conferences, I have played a pivotal role in shaping premier industry events that bring together top design talent and thought leaders.
I am also deeply passionate about mentorship and giving back to the design community. I actively mentor both aspiring and experienced professionals through programs affiliated with Brandeis University, UMass Lowell, and UXPA International. Additionally, through APDList, I rank in the Top 10% of mentors in his field, providing guidance to designers worldwide. My commitment to nurturing the next generation of UX professionals reflects my dedication to elevating the discipline and strengthening the design community at large.
