Susie Robson is a Senior UX Manager at Sophos. She has over 25 years experience in design and research for both web-based and application-based software, and has established Usability departments at two different companies. Susie is treasurer and past secretary of the Boston UXPA chapter, contributor to UXPA Voice, and was co-organizer of both the Boston UXPA Chapter Conferences and World Usability Day Boston. She has an M.M. in Business Management from Cambridge College and has taken Information Design courses at Bentley College, as well as courses from New England School of Art and Design/Suffolk University. She is also Vice President of, and an artist with, the Hyde Park Art Association.
