Chris is the Executive Director of the Bentley University User Experience Center. He is the former president of both UXPA International and UXPA Boston.
Chris is a career UX consultant, researcher, and business development specialist. He specializes in UX research, accessibility, and healthcare innovation with a focus on FDA-related medical device evaluations. Additionally, he has unique expertise in conducting human factors research with persons with physical and cognitive disabilities and designing information architecture and interaction designs for consumer, medical, professional, and human service products. As an adjunct faculty member of Bentley University and Northeastern University, he teaches graduate-level UX research methods courses. He has also co-authored the textbook: Consumer Informatics and Digital Health: Solutions for Health and Health Care, published by Springer.
