Ankita has 7 years of experience in the design industry, with specialization in learning experience design. Her passion lies in designing intuitive, change-management experiences that make people’s lives easier. It was her immense love for literature, reading (and summarizing her reads in fun ways to friends who avoided thick books) that got her into content design from where she found her way into experience design. From early stage startups to Fortune 500 companies, Ankita has translated serious business problems into creative and fun design solutions.
With graduate degrees in English Literature, and Human Factors from Bentley University, MA under her belt, she has been exploring UX Research and Design Strategy. She interned with Mayor Wu’s office at City of Boston where she optimized training & service design practices to facilitate city-wide accessibility efforts for 200,000 constituents. A staunch believer of giving back to the community, Ankita can often be spotted at UX community events, volunteering and befriending any and all UX professionals she can possibly meet.
