Rob Fitzgibbon
Vice President: 2018- ; Secretary: 2016–2017; Board Member: 2011– ; Sponsorships Lead

I’ve been working as a UX professional for close to twenty years, both here in Boston and in the Bay Area. I currently work at Mobiquity, a professional services firm that specializes in mobile solutions. I am a current UXPA Boston board member, and it’s been an absolutely thrilling privilege to be involved with this great organization and meet all the smart, talented professionals that make up our community.

As a board member, I’ve been especially involved with finding and facilitating sponsorships both for the conference and the general monthly meetings. If elected to a second term, I’m interested in a) continuing and expanding the sponsorship work b) strengthening UXPA Boston’s connections to other dynamic organizations and individuals both in Boston and in greater New England and c) developing a UX scholarship fund. General UX stuff: collaborative design, prototyping, how technology influences society, especially in regards to cognition, social interaction and privacy. Non-UX stuff: History, art, hiking, food, coffee, interesting things, nice people, and more coffee.
