Main case study: The UX of Educational Tours (Boston team)
The typical customer lifecycle for an educational tour spans multiple years and touch points—most of which never involve the UX team. We’ll discuss navigating these challenges, as well as the efforts we’ve made to maximize UX’s impact across four independent products to provide a beautiful and unified experience.
This case study will be followed by two shorter case studies from our Lucerne and Shanghai teams.
